Genentech is working with a
third-party agency, the Snow Companies, to invite a small group of patients and
caregivers to attend one of two advisory boards. The advisory boards will seek
patient and caregiver opinions on a variety of aspects pertaining to their MS
journey, and provide them an opportunity to give feedback related to proposed
educational initiatives and programs.

Here are some additional details about the opportunity:
- The individual must be
diagnosed less than ten years with PPMS or RMS - The individual must be articulate and comfortable
with participating in group discussions. - PPMS patients must be well enough and available to
travel safely to the Chicago area for a meeting on June 24, 2016 - RMS patients must be well enough and available to
travel safely to the Chicago area for a meeting on June 25, 2016. - All travel will be arranged and travel expenses
covered. Attendees will also receive an honorarium for their
participation.
