Stuart Schlossman#COVID-19, Additional MS resource sites, Mental Health

As countries across the world move into a second
lockdown, many MSers may be struggling with isolation, anxiety & depression
😔

But there are things
you can do to help you build your mental resilience
💪 and
that’s why we’ve worked with Neuropsychologist Jo Johnson and MSers
Gemma, Mike and Zoe to create PPE for the Mind
🧠

The series includes tools, tips & ‘mental sit-ups’ to develop
your own resilience & get on with life, whatever’s thrown in your
direction.

In light of World Mental Health Day 📢 THIS WEDNESDAY @ 5pm (BST) MSer Gemma and
Neuropsychologist Jo Johnson are going LIVE on our Facebook channel
🗨🎬 to
run through some mind exercises to build your mental resilience.

( British Summer Time is 5 hours ahead of Eastern Time )

Example:   4:06 PM Saturday, British Summer Time (BST) is

11:06 AM Saturday, Eastern Time (ET)

Interact with Jo and Gemma and ask any questions you
have.

Don’t miss it & don’t forget to say hi👍

We’ll see you there,

Ellie
