Shaping Tomorrow Together survey

Shaping Tomorrow Together is a meeting that will bring people living with and caring for someone with MS together to share what matters most to them about current and future treatments. The anonymous survey will take about 45 minutes to complete, depending on how much detail you share through multiple-choice and open-text responses. It has a “save and continue later” option if you need a break at any point. .
