Narcoms Special Survey on Marijuana

NARCOMS is interested in your opinions on marijuana and
medical marijuana to treat MS symptoms and we invite you to participate in
the  NARCOMS Ancillary Marijuana Survey.

Because this survey asks about use of a drug that is not
legal everywhere, we understand that you might be uncomfortable if the answers
were in any way linked to your NARCOMS information, so they wont this short
survey will be completely anonymous:

We hope that you will consider participating in this
study, but as with any research study, the decision to participate is
completely up to you.  The survey is open
until August 31, 2014. For further details about the study, please refer to the
cover page of the survey or the attached letter. Additional information can

Results of the study will be summarized in a future issue of the NARCOMS Now
magazine.
