Note: Please Know that if you are not registered by 3pm The day prior, we will not be able to send The Link for the class, the next morning. This means you will then need to wait until the next month’s class to participate.

Also to know is that the Zoom link for each yoga class will be sent the night prior to the class. This will be the only time you receive this link so please be sure to have stuart@msvn.org in your address book so you can find the email when it arrives.

Just one time per month — at 9am ET for just 1 hour
This Chair Yoga class for the MS Community will be led by Mara Fowler, an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200/500) and a Yoga Continuing Education Provider (YCEAP) with a diverse array of certifications, including Accessible Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
Mara is currently completing a 40-hour Chair-Based Yoga certification and a 17-hour Dementia Yoga program with Maria Jones. With a commitment to making yoga accessible for all, Mara tailors practices to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering both physical and mental well-being.
Items needed for each class:
– A medium or large size blanket (or Yoga Mat)
– Sturdy chair no arms
– (2) Yoga Blocks or (2) Books
– Water
