Props for Event Dates:
October 16th – 5:00 PM (ET) — Props needed — Belt or Strap
November 6th – 5:00 PM (ET) — Props Needed — Pillow and small stability ball
December 18th – 5:00 PM (ET) — Props Needed — Rolled-up Socks and either paper plate or slide pads
Connect on day of event on Zoom. Zoom information will be sent 24-30 hours prior to the program. If you do not receive the link we are sorry but for all registered prior to within 30 hours of the program, will receive the link by email.
