Does diet affect MS?  According to a study in Jordan, people who scored the worst on a dietary inflammatory index (DII) survey had a 10-fold increase in risk of MS (for those in the 4th quartile vs. the 1st quartile).  But what exactly is the dietary inflammatory index (DII)?  What foods were associated with MS?  Can we trust the results of the study?    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37090771/
