Having goals is the first step to living a happier life. According to international best-selling author Gretchen Rubin, striving toward a goal can give you a tremendous sense of growth and achievement. The personalized MS Blueprints can help you define your goals and provide fun activities to get you on your way.
CREATE
Perhaps you’ve been meaning to reduce your stress levels, be more active, or spend more time with your loved ones. Activities that may help you attain these goals can be added to your personalized MS Blueprint. Developed with guidance from Gretchen and the MS advocacy community, the MS Blueprint tool enables you to create a personalized plan consisting of activities you can enjoy either on your own or while spending time with friends and family.

Once you’ve created your MS Blueprint, you can download and print it to get started on your renewed path. Your MS Blueprint can be tailored to your personal interests, but you can also share it with your friends and family. They may want to join in on the fun!
