We contacted three well-known specialists: Jody Corey-Bloom, MD, PhD, of the University of California San Diego Health System, Jeffrey Cohen, MD, of the Cleveland Clinic, and Fred Lublin, MD, of Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
Their worries ranged from medical marijuana to stem-cell therapies.
