While I know that fatigue is part of MS, I also know that if I miss a little bit of sleep, I feel way worse than on the days that I get my regular amount of sleep. Tips for Dealing with Cognitive Dysfunction in MS

Although I wrote this article to give ideas on how to help with cognitive dysfunction, I find my cognitive problems and fatigue to be closely linked. When I am tired, I can’t think, and when I have problems thinking, that makes me tired. I truly think some of our tiredness comes from trying to deal with all the “noise” coming at us.
