PLENTY of spots available in the study. This is a 5 year
study and our recruitment goal is 600 participants, and we have recruited ~170
participants so far (this is the Year 1 of the study).

Main Eligibility Criteria:
- Telephone-based
health/wellness coaching project (so people can participate from
anywhere in the U.S.) - Adults ages 45-64
- Living with a
neuromuscular condition (such as MS, MD, SCI, Amputation) where symptoms
started before the age of 40
