The Value of Time – written by Susan Dorne, OT

I’m hanging on tight, hearing the engines roar, and feeling the vibrations as my time machine comes to a screeching halt!  I see my last article was in 2009 and here we are entering 2011. Seriously, could it go any faster?
As I seem to reiterate the same thing each year, I’m learning more and more about the value of time. Something I so easily lose track of and wonder if I’m making the most of it.
We are all given the same amount of time each day but what we do with it is simply up to us.  I do realize there are many things out of our control but I believe there is just as much or perhaps even more that is.  It may be the need to recognize or be aware of it, slowing down just to see.
