New Technololgy from BioDerm

BioDerm is proud to announce two innovative new products.  The first is Cath Grip, a line of catheter securement products designed to fit a variety of catheter and tubing sizes.  The Cath Grip line is comprised of three families, each with varying sizes for different application sites.  A single Cath Grip can be worn for 7 to 10 days and  is secured with the same hydrocolloid formula used in the Liberty3.0.
Cath Grip’s Three Families:
  • UniGrip – holds catheters from
2 to 47 Fr with soft, no-slip grips.
  • Hold Me – uses two pieces of hydrocolloid to

hold tubing in place and can also be used to protect skin.

  • Grip & Seal – seals and secures such catheters as Gastromy, paracentesis, and general surgical drains.

BioDerm is also introducing FreeDerm, a quick-drying, no-stingadhesive remover that instantly removes hydrocolloid, tapes and bandages on contact.  FreeDerm is available as a wipe and spray bottle. Unlike other adhesive removers, FreeDerm is non-irritating to the skin and does not have to be washed off.
