Greetings!
Here’s a quick article on neck and shoulder pain, it’s got
videos and recommended exercises as well.
NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN

Do you consistently have neck pain that shoots down to your shoulder?
Does it ever leave you with tingling or numbness in your arm?
 Well….

Within the shoulder girdle there is a space for all your nerves and blood
vessels to pass through that’s called the Thoracic Outlet. The Thoracic
Outlet can sometimes get impinged because of a lack of upper back or neck
flexibility.  It ends up irritating the nerves and you get symptoms at
your neck and shoulders.

and videos to show you what to do

Thank you for reading this email and reading this
