There are a couple of times in a person’s life that, regardless of how many supportive people are around them, they feel a little lonely and scared. Those of us with multiple sclerosis may face this a couple of times – when we receive our MS diagnosis, for instance. For some people diagnosed with secondary progressive MS, it is almost like finding out they have MS all over again.
There are people that understand these moments and the emotions that come with them. All of us have unique experiences, but sharing them can show others that we are part of a bigger picture and that there are people who understand out there. Take care of yourselves, my friends.
