Dear Potential Participant,

My name is Tanisha Prater. I am completing a doctoral degree in health sciences at A.T. Still University.

In partial fulfillment of this degree, I am conducting a research study to learn more about the decision-making process for people living with multiple sclerosis about participating in a clinical trial. For this reason, I would like to invite you to consider participating in this study.

As a study participant, you will complete an interview that requires about an hour of your time. Please note that your participation is voluntary, and your information is collected confidentially.

Your data will not be linked to your participation. If you participate in the study, you will receive a $20 Visa gift card to recognize your valuable time.

To participate you must be at least 18 years of age, diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, able to provide verbal consent, and able to have an interview no longer than 1 hour.
