Daily Schedules and Multiple Sclerosis

Stuart SchlossmanCaregiver related, For the Benefit of the Patient

provided by Stuart Schlossman

So often it is mentioned to me, by people with Multiple Sclerosis, that they are greatly effected each day by either their Spouse, Significant Other or Caregiver’s work schedule, that I wanted to blog this topic.

Some work double shifts or just longer hours, to help make ends meet. With the rising costs of fuel, food and almost everything these days and with one less income per household where there may at one time have been two incomes, that we are finding the stress caused to many relationships.

How does their schedule schedule affect your ability to get places or do things?  How is this affecting Your Quality of Life and the ability for you to do things when he or she, is not able to be there for you or to  assist you?

Do any of you, have a problem with their schedule and/or is it the job that is causing the tediousness and stress because of shift scheduling?

Tell us your thoughts, good, bad or indifferent…
