As I am researching interaction potential between Cladribine (may be approved within the next 3-6 months for treatment of multiple sclerosis) and medications that may adversely interact, natalizamab or Tysabri comes up.
According to this link: http://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/cladribine-with-natalizumab-684-0-1693-0.html administration of Cladribine to someone who has taken Tysabri has the potential to increase the risk of PML. It does not say if there is a washout period of Tysabri prior to initiation of Cladribine.
