ONLINE RESEARCH STUDY for: Patients with Multiple Sclerosis and Caregivers

A study is being conducted to investigate the symptoms of dysphagia, or swallowing disorders, in people with MS.

·        Dysphagia can impact a person’s health and quality of life.
·        Information about the perception of difficulty swallowing can help prevent problems caused by this disorder.


If you are a person with MS between the ages of 18-70 who wishes to volunteer for this study, both you and your caregiver or loved one may complete a brief questionnaire online.
Participation is voluntary and is not affiliated with MS News and Views or Stu’s Views and MS News.
* Both you AND your caregiver/loved one should complete the questionnaire using the instructions below:

1.     You and your family member/caregiver will select a 3-digit code to enter on the questionnaires.  It is essential that you both use the SAME 3-digit code so that your questionnaires will be linked to each other. 
For example, you both enter the 3-digit code, “123”on your questionnaires.
